APRIL 2010 PROMOTION FOR DODO AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

Promoter
The promoter is Dodo Australia Pty Ltd ACN 097 636 970 of Level 14, 600 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne 3004

Eligibility
Entry is free and open to all customers of Dodo who are residents of Australia and use the online customer account management system at www.dodo.com.au during the promotional period and where the account remains active at the end of the Promotion Period (‘Eligible Entrants’). All employees and contractors of Dodo Australia, and the immediate family members of such employees and contractors, are not eligible to enter.

Duration of Promotion
The Promotion begins at 12.01am on 1 April 2010 and closes at 11.59pm on Friday 30 April 2010.

How to enter
Entries into the Promotion are automatically generated as soon as the Eligible Entrant logs into their online Dodo account using their username and password. Each Eligible Entrant will receive 1 entry for each account accessed during the Promotion period irrespective of the number of times they log into their account.

Details of prizes and draw
The first entry randomly drawn will receive $1,000 credit on any Dodo account held by the prize winner. The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
The draw will be conducted at 12.00 noon (Melbourne time) on 03/05/2010 at Level 14, 600 St Kilda Road, Melbourne Victoria 3004. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw.

Notification
The winner will be notified in writing. The winner’s name and state/territory will be published in The Australian on 10/05/2010.

General conditions  

1. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency prior to awarding the prize.
2. If a winning entry does not comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry.
3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once the prize winner has nominated the Dodo account they wish to place the prize in to, the prize winner cannot transfer the prize to another account.
4. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each state and territory, where required.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of the Promotion results in, for Australian GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
